Is there such a thing as a diet for rosacea? Are you eating your way to skin problems? Can certain foods cause rosacea? Most people who suffer from this skin disorder find that right after eating certain foods, they suffer from flare-ups.which leads them to ask: Which foods cause rosacea. In reality, foods dont cause rosacea, but allergic reactions to foods can cause flare-ups.
